HB ARCHIVES: Processed Issues from Honorbuddy Release threads

LOL ok This build that you keep downloading is no longer "release" This thread will be closed shortly and it will say read Patch Day Recovery Blues and they already know about the patch coming out today in the US and in EU in a few hours from now. There will be an internal release for the testers they have and soon a live release will be pushed for the new patch. So the only thing anyone can do now is just wait a few hours. It usually takes about 5-10 hours for a new build to be pushed. Also sorry Acheat55, sadly Im not part of the staff and thus can not fix anything lol

Well would you look at that......Offical posting about patch 6.1 like I said lol look at the bottom where it says "last edited today" and you will see they use the SAME template every patch

=( well I wish you was cuz at least you knew in advance we would be bugging about this being fixed you would think they would know we wanted to use HB when the new patch went live =(((( So now we gota just wait for them to post an update? or will it automaticly be patched on there end for us? i don't really know what i need to do =( just sad i don't get to use it right now.

Its the same thing with every patch and every ninja patch they push out....just remember Patch = HB down time. They cant update HB to be ready for the launch of a new patch because the PTR can change what patch number is at any moment with out saying anything thus making HB out dated again. Thus forcing HB team to wait till a "live" version is pushed otherwise HB would be down a few times a day with the patching bliz does all the time on the PTR lol

Being this the first patch since I have purchased, how long does it take? Hours? Days? a Week? Just wanted to know. It really seems like this team has it's stuff together so I'm just looking forward to getting back to it!

I see you found the answer, but for others reading along its usually hours for a small patch (ex. 6.0.1 to 6.0.2), a day or so for a medium patch (ex. 6.0.3 to 6.1.0), and several days to weeks for a large patch (ex. 6.1.0 to 7.0.1)

The down time from MoP to WoD was not days or weeks lol
 
it usually does but not right when patch is out here tho. i think they focus more on making it work then work on the update software
not sure tho
 
That's because the new version of HB has not been released yet, you have to wait until the new version of HB that is compatible with the 6.1 patch is actually released and then do a fresh install.
