It sounds like you are referring to

The staff member actually identified Spyware installed on your system. This spyware must be removed. We
strongly believe he is correct, as you are the only one experiencing this problem.
But, you should go work this problem in the
Support forum, as this is clearly a problem with your installation, and not an Honorbuddy bug. If you do open a Support forum thread, they will need both your Honorbuddy log,
and the WoWclient crash log from the same event.
