Hi, Valdagne, and thanks for the log!

Let's try these corrective actions:
  • Make certain Honorbuddy (the directory or the executable) is an exception to your firewall.
  • Make certain Honorbuddy (the directory or the executable) is an exception to your AntiVirus
  • Let's delete your mesh folder (C:/Users/***/AppData/Local/HonorbuddyMeshes/), in case something is botched there.
If you are not off-and-away after that, the please follow up to the Support forum. Since the problem is not a profile issue, it is inappropriate to pursue in this thread.

I reached Kun Lai summit, however.. the bot keeps stopping with this text
[Profile Message]: Compiling Kun-Lai Summit Quests
[Profile Message]: Compiling Binan Village Quests
Could not find quest giver NPC with ID 61065 in database.
Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not create current in quest bot!

Looked in the profile, and found the quests of which he gives.. and I did them manually. But still getting that error.

Hi, Kafta,

When HB cannot locate the NPC, your remedy is here:

If you want us to actually take a look at a problem you're having, you must attach the full log that demonstrates the problem.

There is this wall where you have to push something on the ground. And then you get pulled up with a rope.
In that area I get stuck a lot. The bot tries to navigate to the Flight Master (I think). When I'm NOT on the wall. he Runs into the wall instead of using the Thing on the bottom to get pulled up.

When I manually use that to get up. Then the bot will run into the instance Gate of the Setting sun. And then he runs into a wall within the instance. That Point (running against the wall). is where I pressed the
Generate Hotspot Button:

12-58 H 44 lvl in EPL throwing out error

[Profile Message]: Compiling Eastern Plaguelands Quests
[Profile Message]: Compiling Tyr's Hand Quests
Could not find quest giver NPC with ID 45729 in database.
Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not create current in quest bot!

I tried clearing both the bot cache and the WoW cache, and using a different directory of the bot that has never been attached to this character.

First, sorry if my english is not very good, it's not my mother tongue.

I'm new here, and I use the awesome "Kick's Mega Profile Packs 1-90" for the Sporeggar Reputation.


But I have issue with the repeatable quest "Now That We're Still Friends..." (id : "9727").
The bot does it one time, then he stop :/

HB launch again and again the profile (because of the "<CustomBehavior File="LoadProfile" ProfileName="[QO] Sporeggar Rep A [Kick].xml" />" at the end of the profile), but nothing happen, because the quest is already done in the HB's Cache.
If I manually delete the Cache, the bot does the quest again, but only one more time.

I tried to edit the .xml, by deleting the "(!IsQuestCompleted(9726))" for the "PickUp Quest" part, but it's not working.

Maybe someone can help me ? Is it possible to simply delete the HB's Cache directly in the Profile.xml file ?


By the way, thank you Kick for your Profiles, they are very excellent !

Hi, Gnu42,

Indeed repeatable quests are a problem with Honorbuddy--this is not a profile problem.

You are employing the only work-around we know to address the issue, which is to delete the caches between each completion of the quest. This is not too much of an issue for daily-quests, but non-daily repeatables are a real pain.

I'm sorry the news is not better.

Hi,

Quick question, not sure if this is related to the profile or the bot itself. I've been leveling a bunch of chars with this profile and it works great (thank you for fixing the flight training issue btw). Lately I noticed that the bot is not choosing the right quest reward, based on the spec. I was running a feral druid and I noticed that the bot has chosen a lot of intelligence items , instead of the agi counterparts. What is causing this and how can it be fixed ?

Hi, Flr,

The profile is not involved at all in quest reward selection--that is strictly up to Honorbuddy. You can read more about it here:

If you feel there are problems above and beyond that, you need to open a post in the Support forum, and attach the full log that demonstrates the problem.

I am noticing that on the SVN install, there are A LOT of quest behaviors missing that are in the ZIP folder, but aren't in the SVN. Is this normal?

I have to download the ZIP folder, copy and paste the quest behaviors file, and combine it with the HB's Quest behavior file. Then i have to copy and paste the SVN updated files from its quest behaviors, which are only like .. 4 or 5 files, while the ZIP has ..... a couple of dozen at the least.

all behaviors are shipped, hence why i take them out
 
Your Profiles are fantastic! , but one question, i did some quests in kun lai with 88 , but now when i want to start the 88-89 kun lai horde profile , the buddy wants to start quests which are done? i think you have an anwser for that :) ?
 
Still not working

Hi guys, i tried to reinstall all of my stuff before trying to write in here again. I am still having trouble getting Wotlk to work. It is standing in Warsong Hold all the time.

user issue - set a mesh path and run bot as admin
