HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

could not find Quest Behaviors error

I keep getting this error after I uploaded the new version of hb. Havent had the problem till now, (got one toon to 85 using you profiles). Now I just started a Goblin. got to level 3 lst night. Log in today did the wow update and hb update now I'm getting this message. I have checked and the Quest Behaviors are in hb folder. Is there a certain spot that there exposed to be copied inot the hb folders?

reinstall hb from scratch
 
Hey kick,
Previously i couldnt get the quest in STV with the little raptor working, i had the plugin enabled but it didnt work because all the boxes were unchecked. On the runthrough this time i have made sure all the boxes were ticket and everything has worked perfectly so far. The reason i am writing this is to ask if the boxes are supposed to be unticked everythime i start HB. SO each timei start HB i have to open that up tick all the boxes and press save. I have tried deleting the plugin and re-svning and still isnt fixed. H
 
Im level 36 and my guy ran all the way to westfall and started doing like level 1 quest. Im really confused on how to change that script thing in the 12-58 section. Can anyone help?

Alright i got that and now when i load the profile is has an exclamation mark next to the profile and when i start the bot is says
[6:40:17 PM:321] Could not generate path from {-10956.49, 1595.692, 48.1039} to {-3294.818, -1701.959, 122.561} (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindEndPoly
under navigation and bot dosent move

Just go into the middle of a town or city or, wherever is closest to you. You are standing in a position where HB cant find a path to get to the next location. You can just press start and then walk around until HB takes over.

Lol it was working just alittle bit ago. When it went to westfall and then when i made your changes it kinda stoped??:)

oh lol i missed that. Sometimes i just want to cry, is it really that complicated using a alliance profile if ur alliance? lol
 
Svn

If you want a constantly updated copy of these profiles, then download them from an SVN Client. If you just want the .zip (updated a few times a month) ... scroll down

Instructions on how to download and use the SVN Client:
TortoiseSVN - Downloads <-- download Tortoise (or your favorite SVN)

1) download tortoise (above) & install it
1.5) RESTART YOUR COMPUTER
2) make a folder called Kick's Profiles (anywhere you will not delete it - My Documents is fine)
3) right click that folder and click "SVN Checkout"
4) copy and paste Kick's link to SVN trunk into the first box & press ok
5) wait for profiles to download
6) each day, right click the 'Kick's Profiles' folder and press "SVN Update"

How To Attach A Log [Kick]

What types of bugs there are:​
CC bugs: My character won't do X, is doing X, etc (dealing with combat, eating, drinking, etc). These are posted in the Singular thread or if you have a non-shipped CC - in it's respective thread​
Bot issues: flight path bugs, not buying food / water, not training. These are posted in support forum first, and then the release thread if support can't fix it (stuck on fp's for instance)​
Mesh issues: I keep getting stuck on X, running in wall at Y, etc - These are posted in the Nav thread with the required information​
Profile issues: A quest doesn't do X, it does Y instead.- These are posted in this thread and the issue thoroughly explained (with an attached log.txt !!!!) - also tell me what profile you're on please

Note: Fly Questing Profiles have FlyTo's, not NativeFlying
FlyTo flies to and from objectives / quests and then use ground mount
Native Flying (such as GB2) will always fly

You must always attach a log with an issue and then thoroughly explain the issue!!!

If your posts are gone - they have been moved to the archives (not deleted).

If ItemForAuraPlugin is not working (LK Quests only now) - redownload the 5883.zip and extract it again. I have fixed the plugin and moved the profile-specific plugins back to their profile folders (thundermar, noblegarden, etc)







Horde - Ashenvale Quest "To The Rescue!" is having a lot more issues than usual. Blizzard broke it even more recently and haven't fixed it
Get quest, strip, Fly/Hearth to Org, fly back, talk to npc ... if he lets you mount the kodo - you should be good to go.
If the guy says 'the kodo is out watering bushes' ... then put in a GM ticket to complete the quest for u

There's nothing i can do w/o deleting 50% of ashenvale. So you can grind, bg, or instancebuddy to Level 23 and restart the profile if you don't want to GM ticket (make sure you didn't change IgnoreCheckpoints to True)
GM Ticket usually takes about a day. Sometimes they PM you, sometimes they don't.​
