Having issues. I'm a level 66 tauren druid (done instances all the way to 66) and trying to use the BC horde profile. It wants to quest in Nagrand however it must get Mag'Har neutral first. So it flys to thrallmar and tries to take a quest from Nazgrel however there are no quests available. It just sits there and tries to talk to him, crosses, and repeats.

Hi, I am questing in Hellfire as a 58 and the bot keeps on trying to pick up a quest from Magister Bloodhawk; however, there is no quest. (The quest is called "The Agony and The Darkness") The bot keeps on targetting Magister Bloodhawk and all it says is quest: pickup. Log is attached as requested.

Hey Kick, for the past 15 minutes now the bot has been "Loading Profile" and only "Moving to Type: Fly, R:Update" in Brackenwall Village in Dustwallow Marsh. I can't figure out why it just stays there with the flight path open doing nothing.

In short, this is a smorgasbord of issues with unrelated causes. I believe you probably have a hardware problem (or less likely, a driver problem) that needs to be addressed.

Let's start by downloading and running the gratis version of MemTest86, first. It should run for three full cycles without a single error. (This will take a few hours depending on your memory size and bandwidth). If it shows even a single error, we must address the hardware issue first. Many times, the problem can be repaired by reseating the memory, but other times, one or more sticks of memory must be replaced.

Once the Memtest passes, we need to make certain all your drivers are up-to-date. Graphics, sound, and chipset drivers particularly. The latter is not easy to do, unless your technically savvy. If not, you might look at a tool to help you install chipset drivers. I'm going to ask you to follow up to the support forum until, we've eliminated hardware and drivers as a possible cause.

Hey,

I just started doing LK quests with my toon, he just got 70. when I try to start the bot and the LK profile it keeps spamming "Moving to Type: QuestPickUp" as it is shown on the log. Any clues?

Ehy guys a problem for me..
I started hb with kick's profile for questing but i have a problem..
The bot picks up quest but it doesn't do..also it always goes to orgri to select valley of honor as his home..
it's really sad..
I tried deleting cache folders few times but with no success...

Will grinding get you enough creds to upgrade your gear? How do you level your gear with grinding?

It does. Just shop at the GTN for upgrades, although you'll have to be somewhat thrifty prior to level 23 or so (when gear doesn't matter quite so much).

Thanks for your answer china..but the problem is that the quest named Plainstrider Menace is already avaiable..It just picks it up but after it goes to orgrimmar to talking to the inn and after it starts to killing scorpions..

hm i got alot of bugs in outland, my character just runs around killing those worms hidden in the ground even tho he doesnt have a quest closeby or something, kill between hotspots is off to... anyone know what the problem might be? i tried cleared cache and restarting the bot but he keeps killing them

The log you attached did not show that. There is no way to analyze a problem which we can't see. The proper log gives us this visibility.

You are on a Beta build of Honorbuddy. Beta builds break things, and they have obviously broken the UserSettings behavior. (Which hopefully will be repaired before they drop the beta as a release).

Please replicate your problem on the Released version of Honorbuddy. If you continue to have a problem after that, post a fresh log, please.

You may also want to report this issue to the Honorbuddy Beta thread, so they know they've broken something.

Good Morning!
First of all I'd like to explain that I am new to honorbuddy. I have successfully launched and configured everything from my understanding. I've been searching through the threads as to what might be causing this issue but ultimately I might need some insight.

I am going through the common issue of a profile starting and continuously interacting with an NPC to get a quest it already has, to remedy this I followed the deleting cache method to no conclusion. I have also gone through my drivers and all are up to date. Another thing to note is I am using the BETA client of honorbuddy, latest release. I'm not overly positive what Kicks profiles policy is on supporting the beta releases.

Attached you will find me log, please let me know if I have done this correctly.
First error reads at [14:26:14.151 D] for a quick search.

After further investigation and looking at the beta forums users problems logs I have determined this is likely to do specifically with the beta build. If you could confirm this that would be awesome, otherwise disregard the edit. Thank you.

All I can say is that it's best not to use the beta when you're new to HB.
I know that doesn't help much, but honestly, download the operational release.

At this moment the devs are in the middle of this upgrade to WoW 5.2, so be patient and wait until they publish any release greater than 535.
The 535 is not working with the current WoW patch.

A quick question, after clearing the cache and everything the bot seems to go back to npc's that I have already finished their quests.
It seems the bot can not confirm which quest are already done and to move on from then in the profile.

Can you confirm this if its correct ?

If you would have attached a LOG, then people would be able to analyse that behaviour ..
So restart HB, change the LOG-settings to Diagnostic and try again. Then attach your log to your post.

Oh, and if you're using Singular, also activate the (debug) combat log in the settings.

I appreciate the feedback and although I am new to honorbuddy, I do have good experience with past bots that are no longer with us...RIP ... I think I figured out the issue per other players logs.

Looking forward to seeing what the community has to offer and what I have to offer for it. I honestly shouldn't have started HB on a patch tuesday before a major patch release

In the latest HB release it flies to the quest giver and tries to pick up the same quest over and over, not sure if this is a profile needing update issue or an issue with the new HB but I'll post it here for now.
