I re-svn'd last night after a few weeks, and I see I have started getting the multiple wow windows open bug as well (good thing I have a beats computer at home lol).
If you need, I can post a log once I get home (checking on them from my phone).

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME?

I really need sleep, I keep forgetting that files need it's resources...

Completely forgot about the .config, only got the .dlls... >.>

Hi, I increased the time HB and Wow are restarted if GUI is unresponsive from 10 seconds to 20. Change is now on SVN.

erm I got this problem this morning
This seems to be a rare bug and Should now be fixed on SVN
  1. Open Windows explore and browse to %APPDATA%\HighVoltz\HBRelog\
  2. Make a copy of the Setting.xml file and then delete Setting.xml.
  3. Startup HBRelog and close it. This will generate a new Setting.xml
  4. Open up the copy of the Setting.xml in a text editor and copy the tag <CharacterProfiles>...</CharacterProfiles>
  5. Open the newly genorated Setting.xml in a text editor and paste over the <CharacterProfiles /> tag and save.
  6. Start up HBRelog again
