HB ARCHIVES: FishingBuddy--DO NOT DELETE

Works just fine for me if you have it use stationary fishing and with pools turned off. No errors what so ever, ran for two different 6 hour sessions without problem.

Well just open water fishing is all but pointless, unless you are fishing for the tiny carp battle pets. The major function of Auto Angler is the ability to fish from pools. This cuts down on all junk, and increases fishing productivity exponentially.
 
The diffrence between working and non-working fishing is as little as running the latest beta or not running it.
Has nothing to do with updating AutoAngler2 itself.

Unfotunately this is not true. I was using the Beta version of HB and I was having problems, then I tried using the newest "Release", and it does the same exact thing. The log I posted a few posts ago was for the Release version, and I will attach the Beta log here that does the same exact thing.

^^ this worked for me. both professionbuddy and AA2 had updates.

Having problems with looting while fishing

The bot is having problems looting the fish, he says things like:

[04:14:50.320 V] [Singular] [CombatLog] SPELL_CAST_FAILED Fishing#131490 failure: 'Target not in line of sight'
[04:14:50.321 V] [Singular] [CombatLog] cast fail due to los reported at 06:14:50.321

I tried to search for this error but just couldn't find the solution so far, maybe it's something small but I sure appreciate the help.

As an attachment I added my log file of a short fishing example with the errors.

PS: I have Honor Buddy updated, I have AA2 latest version, I have ProfessionBuddy latest version, I have the 'latest' profile of Dalaran fishing.

check this thread and make sure u have the xml file where they tell you to put it. Looks like its not calling to the right bot or something /shrug not a dev just trying to help.

Can we get the water walking to support the Hunter Exotic Pet ability called surface trot from water striders?

EDIT: I did it myself, first time ever using C# so it's probably bad.
To any hunters out there using it:
1 - Set your combat routine's call pet to your water strider (E.G: Singular is set to pet 2 (my strider))
2 - Call said pet out before starting CC
3 - IMPORTANT: Make sure the surface trot ability is on your pet's action bar

Notes: I am using a water strider from Zangarmarsh in Outland, it shouldn't make a difference but I'll tell you anyways if there are any issues.

To install, put this file in your Bots/Autoangler folder, overwrite the current file.

Just started using this, got thing's going, but after flying around ashenvale, hit's a few pool's then flys off east and dies of fatigue, how do i remedy this?

Yea. It seems that it keeps "W/A/S/D" pressed that just causes it to go in that direction :(
 
fishing in pools requires a profile. Hitting the fatigue areas usually means the profile you loaded was made for a different zone
 
AutoAngler dont attack

Hello My autoangler when I fish and a Mob attack me My bot only stand there and dont do anything why? please help me
