Custom Profile Tags

<FishingSchool Entry="202780" Name="Fathom Eel"/> This tag will tell AutoAngler to only fish from a specified pool or list of pools if tag is used multiple times in a profile. If it's not used in a profile than AutoAngler will attempt to fish from every pool it comes across. Entry is required and Name is optional and used only for display purposes. Use this to get Entry/Id
<Pathing Type="Bounce" /> This will control what the bot does when it reaches the last hotspot in a profile. If set to Bounce the bot backtracks the path. If set to Circle the bot will move directly to the 1st hotspot. Possible values for Type are "Bounce" and "Circle"


if im using a profile and it has the list of pools.
lets say if i dont want to catch any Emperor Salmon, would i just delete that line out of the coding to make it skip those pools?

Yes, just delete the entry with Emperor Salmon, and it should skip those pools.

You dont need lures anymore to fish pools so that likrly is the reason why :)
 
I can't get AutoAngler to show up in the botlist, I also get the message "Can't find remoting.dll". Tried with a fresh install but it didn't work.
AutoAngler2 files are placed in Documents\Honorbuddy\Bots\AutoAngler2.

My rogue has 2 similar daggers, I put their ID's to the settings, but when it engages in combat, it equips only 1 (rarely 2) and every time in different hand. Is there any way to fix it, except having weapons with different ID's?
 
Okay, you may call me dumb, but I have trouble installing AutoAngler.

Download and install TortoiseSvn TortoiseSVN - Instructions on how to Install & use a SVN (Click Me) - done
Create a new folder called AutoAngler2 in the Honorbuddy/Bots/ folder - done
Right-click on the AutoAngler2 folder and select SVN Checkout - done
In the 'Url of Repository' field enter the SVN link that is at the of this page and press OK - uh.. so what is the url?

As i understand it, as of MoP its no longer necessary to actually equip the fishing pole into the weapon slot... simply having it in your bag when you cast fishing works, like with a mining pick/skinning knife etc

With that in mind could we take out the weapon switching, its no longer needed and if you were someone looking to tell if its a bot or not then its a bit more of a giveaway

Actually equipping a pole gives the extra +skill in fishing

You don't even have to have a pole in your bag to fish if you want base skill.

However, an option would be useful to never equip a pole
 
Is it posible that bot use fishing on stationary position where i set him....what profile should i use for that
 
Does angler have filter to exclude the fish? Because some fish in my server is so cheap and I do not want to waste to much time on cheaper fishes. If it does not have that filter, could you add that in the further version?
 
Humm I installed this in Exactly as the instructions stated in it's own folder in the hb/bots forlder. I bring up HB and Auto ancler2 isn't showing up but I do get an error while hb is loading stating" Compiler Error: error CS0006: Metadata file 'Remoting.dll' could not be found

Oh and I don't see a SVN Checkout in the autoangler folder. Just SVN.cs,SVN.template,SvnBase.cs as far as seeing anything with the svn .* anything and yes I installed Tortoise svn.
What's this all about. HELP PLZ?

Is there any option to enable combat in AutoAngler? My Char doesn't attack if there are adds :( Only my pet saves my ass often cause he assists :/
 
Help im dying

i'm using the angler2 to fish and how as i see when i get the aggro of mobs my char have any reaction... then i die how i can fix it?
