.net 3.5sp1 isnt included in .net 4 as far as i was told. Remoting.dll is part of the .net runtimes
You could attach a logfile for us to check, described in kicks logfile howto

my english seems to be not good enough to understand what u have said. do i need to delete my 4.0 frame work and install 3.5 sp1?
and how to post a logfile?i mean i have it but i dont know how to insert it here

As described in kicks guide how to attach a logfile there is a button in the advanced post editor to attach files. Partial excerpts like this lack info sometimes and always look ugly.
You might want to update you bot btw. Its one rev behind.
No they exist side a side in harmony you can install both.

Downloaded and followed all instructions, when i try and find it in the pop down box ( where gatherbuddy etc is) it isn't there?

Is this broken due to the patch/needs updating, or have i done something wrong.

Sounds like you did put the [BOT] in the BOT folder... its a bot... not a plugin or anything else but on another note none of my old profiles for fishing work so I don't think it is updated yet anyway.

Ya this is a known issue with HB core. It currently can't detect if there was a bite.
