You've been here since 2010. You should know that they don't give ETA's for anything. And as it's already been said, DB was never fully implemented for WoD. Why are you expecting this to work sooner rather than later?

Feel free to hire a developer for them to build the profiles for you...Or you could pay the HB team 25,000-50,000 a year for your subscription. I bet if you were willing to do that, you could have anything you want as soon as you want it. Hell, you could probably make thousands yourself if you wrote the profiles. You have all the tools you need to write them, you may as well get started on them.

You can expect any standards you want to be met...They are under no obligation to meet your standards. The money you've spent on this bot probably wouldn't even cover one of their employee's wages for a day, and that doesn't even count the operating costs they incur on a daily basis to keep the bot you're using running.

For those who are getting ancy, I will be finishing up the minor corrections to my profiles tonight and uploading them again to here and a forum post I will link when it goes live. When I get them finished to the point of scripting mechanics fully I will be putting them on the buddy store and they will feature tanking abilities (if everything goes well in my second or third revision). Stay tuned they will be up in the next two days functional enough to afk but you will die to some boss mechanics still.

And because of this we didn't get profiles for HFC in WoD and we still haven't gotten functioning dungeon profiles for legion.

Handing over work to the community is bad for business because it takes longer to get done or it ends up on the store. It shouldn't have to go this far for the basic profiles on the official bot bases, especially on subscription model.

You have all the communications you need in the first few posts of this thread. If you're expecting an ETA, you aren't going to get one and you know that.

Stop whining, build your own profiles or wait like the rest of us. There's a large portion of the community that are waiting for the profiles. Coming to this thread to bitch about the speed isn't making them come faster and they are very aware that lots of us are waiting.

Yeah I'm very interested in knowing there is no eta for HFC lfr and that bug fixes are on the to-do list from a post updated 7 months ago. I am already waiting like the rest of you, but this project in particular has been very poorly handled by the buddy team and that has to be mentioned. You can keep defending them but the longer this drags on, the more people will complain and eventually they'll lose customers.

Its not a bonus. It's something that was advertised as a core function.

The point of paying for these is that I don't have to learn to code. This is not advertised as a DIY open source product. The bullet points on the home page don't say "Learn to code! Make your own profiles!" It says 1-110, farm dungeons, etc.

As far as your profiles go, I think they just run through the dungeons. The actual functions of the boss and mechanics haven't been supported on any bosses I've tried. I really don't want yours though. You are openly saying they are old versions with no support. That's fine though, because I didn't buy anything from you. I appreciate you supplying what you have done, and if you decide to sell a product, I will pay for them. Hell, if you wanna do a kickstarter type project with a due date and continuous support, know that you will have at least one customer in me.

I'm again confused where you people are seeing anywhere about farming dungeons, let alone farming them completely AFK. I just went and read everything on honorbuddy.com and there is absolutely no mention of dungeons anywhere on the page.

They would stop paying the subscription. They don't make jack on lifetimers so their main source of income right now is subscribers I would assume.

I have a product ready to beta test for all the legion heroics, I am putting in finishing touches to fix up remaining bugs today but will be uploading it as a beta as soon as my store login is restored. There will be issues so the trial period will start off fairly long so we can iron them out before anyone decides to buy anything.

The reasons for the wait are quite simple. I am required to provide long term support for any product, so it needs to be more or less done before I put it out there. I started a new full time job about six weeks ago and around that have had to find an additional car, finish obligations with my old job, and deal with family illness. That's all largely dealt with, and I am able to complete and support these, hence they are being finished.

I somehow overlooked a new security feature for the store, so I need to resolve this before I put the beta up today.

Nobody is saying this bot base alone is the only reason of subscribing, but you gotta weigh the good and bad.

Well you can, but there will be issues with tanking for a while. It's being listed as dps/heals to start with. I'd welcome testers for tanking though and will do my best to make quick fixes on beta. I'll make the trial period on the first release version is two weeks, and maybe reduce it later on also. If you want to beta test PM me before the end of the day. All existing PMs will be answered too. I am requesting permission from devs to make use of a chunk of code for one profile too, so for initial beta a little something is missing.
