I can't seem to get the program to enter world with the inputted character. It just sits on the realm with the list of characters doing nothing.

Log is attached. Adding in image of my settings, i blacked out account email and account name for security reasons of course. But those are working perfectly, it logs me into the game fine.

Please help when i open the Relogger and clicks start all it gets an error that i cant copy and it doesnt say it in the log i think but i just attach the log anyway please help PS i have tried to reinstall it

So what IS the deal with ARelog not starting up HB??? Before the trolls start - I had it working, been using for several years, yada yada... We get an update and now it won't work....

It is set to Admin, I've even set it to compat with win 7, win xp, win vista.... HB is set to Admin, set it to win 7, win xp, win vista.... NOTHING....

ARelog gets into the toon, gets to the game, HB loads up AND>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> it sits there, it wont hit enter to start it.......

I've reinstalled both ARelog and HB thinking it might have gotten corrupted.. Nope - same issue....

And AGAIN, I DO have my admin right setup for ARelog to run as administrator and have even set it up with compatibility mode, but nothing........

Probably not good to put your toons name and realm up. Any trolling GM would know that that toon is a bot.....

I wanted to put the name and Realm because i wanted people to see that I had the name and realm inputted correctly, at least I hope I do.

did you right click it, select properties, go to the compatibility tab, select ALWAyS start as admin.

Right click on ARelog.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> Enable "Run this program as an administrator" -> Ok

Now run ARelog.exe it will work without changing UAC settings

After a fresh w7 install i lost my hope to get this work and now.. IT WORKS PERFECT!!

(for all those with referall error.. go properties and run with administrator.. (Not right click and admin))

i was having the referal error fixed itself after running as administrator

First Task:

BotName - BGBuddy
RunTime - 180

Second Task:

BotName - (Leave Empty or type Idle)
RunTime - 30



Right-click to ARelog.exe get in properties. In Compability tab tick Run as administrator. Click apply then ok.

Starting as admin may not be enough. As mentioned in 2nd post of this thread, right click to ARelog.exe -> Properties -> Compabilitity -> Tick Run as Administrator -> Apply -> OK.

Follow that and let me know the result

Right click the arelog.exe, click properties, select always start as admin.

Note: it is NOT the same as right clicking it and start as admin!

For windows 7 Users after taking the latest updates.

Right click on the Arelog.exe, go to the compatability tab, Check the box that says, "Run this program in compatability mode for" and select Windows Xp Service Pack 3, Then same tab, where it says Privilage Level, select Administrator.

This should do it for you.

Even easier:

right click-properties-compatability tab-always run as admin.

No need for Win XP or anything.

But if people would actually read this Thread, no one would ask this question, because its answered already a hundred times...

Okay guy's this is what I've done too resolve the mysterious "a referral was returned on this server" error.

1. Right click ARelog
2. Click Properties
3. Navigate too the 'Compatability' tab
4. Under the 'Compatability' heading check the tix box 'Run this program in compatability mode for..' and in the drop down menu select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'
5. Under the 'Privilege Level' heading check the tick box 'Run this program as an administrator'
6. Press 'Apply'
7. Run & Profit..

Let me know if this solves the issue you're all having, I'm running Windows 7 64bit.

Your wow is in 64bit or dx11 when you start it, this is why.

For the people that still get the error even when they run it as admin. I learned that going into properties and checking run as admin was completely different then just right clicking run as admin. So try that before you say running as admin doesn't work.

For those with referral error: Rightclick the exe -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> "Run as Admin". Then start the exe normally. This works




Plain Rightclick -> "run as admin" does *N*O*T* work!

make sure you are running it as administrator.

Me and my friends seem to get an error when starting the program. I have a quick fix, if you cant open it.

Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run as [Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2] - Run As Administrator(Checked) -> Now start the program and it should work !

Yes, there is even a guide in the guide section. It's easy to set up and maintain.

I have a feeling that it is trying to loggin in to early, as in before the .exe file is finished loading. Maybe there needs to be a small wait time from start to loggin.

I would like to know if there is a way for it to set which HB which bot will use when it starts up since I have 2 different instances running at the same time. What is happening is the first one will start and when the 2nd one starts up it tries to use the same key for Honor buddy which is causing it to say max number authorizations running. I only have 2 accounts so I didn't want to buy the 3 account one when I only have 2. So I bought 2 - single ones to help me with this. Maybe the HB mods such as Tony might have to help me figure this one out. Please help though because if the internet goes out it will start up one but the other one just cycles over and over with my other account.

Create two separate hb folders one for each key or let support merge your keys to one.

Send both keys to [email protected] if you want them merged.

I'm new to Demonbuddy and have a question regarding ARelog and Demonbuddy. I remember that there was a possibility to switch account and have Idle-Tasks in ARelog with Honorbuddy. Are these features missing for DB?
I would like to run 3 accounts at once and switch them with another 3 accounts after few hours. This was possible with HB.

no errors, window just closing. it opens, and when it should start to enter login it is closing, no idea why. windows 7, tried to redownload, but not help
