Exact same problem.

The bot arrived at the dig site properly and once it did it just decided to stop and sit there. At the bottom left bar of the Honorbuddy application it just says "Loading Tile/s" and is just sitting there doing nothing. The Info screen also melds into the background of it as well (kind of like the classic white screen when an application stops working). Not exactly what the issue is.

EDIT: Reloaded the the bot after I logged out and turned off every single addon I have. I made sure also to move out of the dig site so the bot would have to return to it. Same thing, just says "Loading Tile/s".

EDIT2: Let it sit for a while and decided to move around a bit and kill a few things around the site. ArchBot took over and is now actually surveying. (will edit if it does or doesn't do it to the next site.)

EDIT3: Same old "Loading Tile/s" not sure if it does this in each site it visits for the first time (ok with this, just hope it's not every site it goes to everytime) or if this is just part of the bot.

EDIT4: Seems good so far, only problem is that when it reaches it's current max in Archaeology it doesn't want to go train unless I force it to. When I do force it to and I'm on the continent of Kalimdor it wants to fly between a crevice between Silithus and Uldum.
Either way, would be good to know if this is normal behavior or not.
 
for the last day....it's been doing a few sites then getting stuck in the pools in summer field (vale of eternal blossom) I dives and sits. i let it go 9hours (whiile at work) and today 0sites in 9hr 24min. yesterday it ran 10hrs with 104 sites surveyed. Hmm.


update: nevermind. ive not had a prob with archbot so i never tried settings and didn't know it had a blacklisting tab. Running good.
 
Now that I'm trying to get the Tol'vir mount on my main account (after getting it on every bot account I've ever had), I'm having a persistent issue with a particular dig: Nazj'vel.

Screenshot says it all. Toon can spend hours maneuvering above this building, not going anywhere.

I'm adding the log as well.
Hope you guys can fix this.

Also, as a suggestion, if you could add the option to prioritize a particular dig, it would be great.
Some times I see the bot just flying all over the north of Kalimdor without ever going south to dig on those Tol'vir sites :(

Any ideas on why it does stop go stop go stop go as it approaches a digsite? I'm almost done with every single archeology achievement so I'm not overly concerned... but has anyone else encountered this?
 
Is there any way to add mining between archeology spots somehow, like some kind of plugin ? Anyone tried?
 
AB makes survey, then waits many seconds before it mounts. then again waits many seconds before starts moving. Whats happened? AB used to be so fast, now its surveying on one place long time.
 
Is AB currently supported in mixed mode?
When in mixed mode and on mantid digsites (in my example) it does not pick up digs.
When in AB mode and on the same mantid digsites it does pick them up.
 
AB currently isn't training correctly when he goes talk to Belloc Brightblade in Orgrimmar.

Whenever I enter the building, my character runs and approaches Belloc, but he doesn't click "Train Me" in order to learn the next level of training.

If I manually click "Train Me", the AB will proceed to buy the appropriate level and resume archaeology.

Is this a bug or working as intended? Thank you. :)

[edit]: I found the problem. I had to make sure that Belloc doesn't have any quests available first before having AB on. For anyone just starting Archaeology like me, make sure that Belloc has NO quests available. This way, AB will not bug out and just stay still when targeting Belloc.

If OP could post that up in first post, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

yep I am having the same problem along with someone else that has put in a log report. Archybot is not picking up the loot from the dig sites just takes off without looting :s I would love to see a post once this looting option is fixed please thanks again for all the hard work invested :D.
 
my achry bot isnt picking up loot after dig. anyone know why?

I am using mixed mode with BG buddy and BG buddy is working fine.
 
AB sometimes uses a groundmount instead of a flyingmount e.g. Azshara the toon runs on ground mount the whole rollercoaster thing instead of just fly to posX.

What he said?

It flies towards every digsite (in Pandaria) normally, then, as it gets close to a digsite, it pauses 1-2 seconds before the next move command. Once it has reached the digsite, it works normally again. There is nothing in the logs to explain that behavior.
 
downloaded this bot 3 days ago and got me the battle tank mount. TY for sweet bot 3 days of farming:)

That's awesome. I sometimes wonder if I should try levelling arch on other alts, then remember the numbing boredom of the first 2x without a bot. And then the last few times I tried arch, to get the creeping claw battle pet.

Nearly 200 tolvir solves, no claw. Apparently the upper limit of probability is ~1200 solves... which is generally depressing too.

Grats on the mount. :)
