HB and WoW Crash during first BG

I have tried setting up HB to work while I'm away. I have watched it join a BG and then I leave and come back to have both HB and WoW crashed. I've made sure that I'm on 32 bit, used this program for many years but just came back to WoW again.

I had Razer Synapse and Geforce Experience installed. I tried to start it up again, came back 10 minutes later and both WoW and HB are closed out.
