HB and GB at same time?

I was wondering if I could run HB and GB at the same time, the idea is to gather herbs and ores while leveling.
Did a search but no good results.

The latest build of HB will gather herbs and ore will you level. Though, when you hit 80 you use GB the gather recources (Ore / Herbs / Clouds) at a very rapid rate using a flying mount.

But I am confused by your comment about "HB and GB".
