HB is not loading for me?

I'm getting this error when i try to run honorbuddy
what is going on?

also,next time use support issues section

I get that error if you've renamed hb before the update as the update doesn't seem to rename the zee anymore like before

still not working. i completely rid my computer of honorbuddy and then tried to install the latest version without changing any files or names and it wont work
