Having trouble with Honorbuddy fairly NOOB with this so please help someone

i had it isntalled and running perfectly fine two days ago. Then it stopped working so i decided to delete it and download again and now it wont even download it and says my system doesnt permit it and i need to contact a system administrator. wont even finish installing. yet was running fine 2 days ago View attachment log.txt

It sounds like you did a windows update and got screwed... there is an update to microsoft .net framework that messes up the bots I think its 4.5.3

try:

go into add/remove programs, and...

remove:
- Microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- Microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- Microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- Microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable
- Microsoft Visual c++ 2008........as well

restart your PC,
download the installation wizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Just download that wizard, right click, run as administrator and let it go through. Restart your computer, fresh install of HB to a new folder then report back.
