having trouble starting DB

Hi there i am trying to my DB on another laptop but i get an error. Is the bot single cpu locked or what am i doing wrong?View attachment 2012-08-05 12.30.txt

you're missing 2010 C++ redistributable and / or .net

ive also tried making sure shortcut has -launch with no luck

I'm running DB on another laptop as well. would this affect this? Although i do have the 3 toons for lifetime purchase

are all DB files under the same folder?
also dont use any shortcut for DB exe and make sure that your OS is updated

all DB files were extracted into one folder on the desktop. and sorry i meant the shortcut for D3 and everything is updated as well. still having the same problems.. any ideas??
