Having some Crash ''injection Failed'' again

Hello tony... my bot was running fine for two days but now it still does the same thing again... im aware of the programs that might cause the crash so i close everything for it... but now i completly have no idea what is the cause... here's my log and i accepted you on skype! let me know when you're online.
