Having serious issues with HB

HB fails update everytime. It is also slow to respond to anything I do, start, stop, check boxes in setting, etc. Attached is the last log.View attachment 7444 2015-04-10 17.17.txt

completely restart your machine.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

Thanks, but I've done all that numerous times, more than 10 at least. Even went so far as to search the entire computer to make sure I removed anything related to HB. Still have the same issues. When I press start or stop it takes about 30 seconds or more to respond and actually start or stop. Quite annoying really. I've also done numerous virus scans and defrags. Even repaired WOW a couple times. Just doesn't make sense what it's doing and I'm starting to get frustrated trying to figure it out.

Even went so far as to clean out the registry. Constantly get the following. "Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists. Most recent log attached.

Yes, but I turned it off, to include the firewall, but the same thing still happens. About the only thing I haven't tried is reformatting and installing the the OS.

I use McAfee, but I've never had any problems with it before, and as I said I turned it off and tried running the bot and still got the same results.

ether that or you can try reinstalling windows, as other people who had this issue after a reinstall came out fine.
