Having issues with Key and logging into HB

I recently downloaded the newest HB and I bought a key and when I use it it says invaild. Is it possible to get another key or have the problem fixed thanks.

if you havent yet register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout, once you get in you should be able to view your keys, make sure the key listed is the one your trying to use.
it should look like this.
