Having Fps problems

My game keeps freezing for a second like frames stop then it goes again ive tried complete reinstalls of both diablo and DB but nothing seems to be working im running on lowest graphics but nothing seems to help.
whenever i leave it over night it disconnects me from the server so i cant leave it to farm without me around.

this is a well known issue on Blizzard's side. It occurs when you have made too many games. Restaring the game to free up system recources would fix it.

ive completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it didnt fix it and the fps only drops when the bot is running when i play its fine, i tried defrags restarts nothing seems to help me fps.
