having Error

hello been having this error pop up everytime i try use it. "could not load file or assebly tripper. tools version= 1.0.0.0 culture=neutrual". After this happens it crashes and then when i try open it again it tells me that its already running

Install .Net Framework 4.0 and the C++ Redistributable. If you already have them, reinstall.

download and install these.

Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

after your done restart your machine.

make sure all Hb files are under the same folder and dont use any shortcut for Hb exe
