Having DB crashes

I've been away for awhile and have gotten the newest copy of DB and am having constant crashes.

It crashes as soon as I log in, and Ive tried everything. Here is my latest log

I've got demonbuddy working again, but using this act 3 bot, it gets into the game and then does nothing.
