Having a odd problem

I have downloaded onto my desktop hb1912 beta questing, hb1925 latest. Today I open up the hb1925 and I got an error say no CC loaded. I made sure I had cleared the CC folder and put in DBwarlock. Started up again same error no CC loaded, I then tried Ski's warlock CC and same error. I tried on the hbquesting beta and got another error. Not sure what is going on since I have changed nothing and everything was working great on Monday. Here is the log, but I'll try and redownload everything again since it seems to be crashing on start up. Just wierd it was all working and now nothing...

That's fine, I just want to see if its an issue with my CC, CC's in General, or HB. I'm not entirely sure which it might be.
