Havent recieved my key

Hey, i ordered a 1 day key from the Facebook Shop, and it redirected me to a post on the forums, and said if you dont recieve the key in 15 minutes to email this email. And i did, now it has been a full 24 hours.

Bump, been 2 days, no reply on email or anything, whats going on?

Same problem here,
bought a 30-day key on the 12th, and sent a mail after an hour or so.
I've sent another one last evening (13/07).
But I've yet to receive reaction.
I don't want to be an annoying customer, but well on 30 days 3 days start to count.

Time doesn't start ticking down until you actually first use the key I believe.
