Haven't received key yet!

Hi, im new here - Just bought the 24 trial thing and i haven't received the code yet? it says about 5 - 10 minutes.. I've also been at buddy Auth, but i don't have any keys there neither.. To be honest with ya, i' think i wrote some mistake in the email.. Can you help me checking this?

can take up to one hour , but if you haven?t gotten the code in your e mail in for 24 hour, send a mail to support, im sure they are a bit busy atm, new patch = new problems

By the way, how come you can't solve it? I really want to use it this weekend because i got a lot of family stuff.. And also, i bought the 24 Hour(s) bot, will it reset if i get a new one? Because else it wont work by the time you solve my problem :-/
