haven't played for ages and dont know what to do

Hello! I finished playing before all this seasons and rifts. And as i remember i did Azmodan runs for items and paragon and it was great. Now it is useless as my toons are.

What should I do this days to get better gear? What runs are ppl doing now? Do i strictly need to create seasonal toons for the gear?

YOu want to use the adventure plugin located inside of demon buddy. It is super nowadays. I can clarify moreif you need it but there is a super basic answer! Hope that helps slugger!!
