Have not received my key

I bought a DB key today ad have not received it via email. It also has not been uploaded on buddyauth.com.
Someone please let me know when I will be receiving this.

Hi guys, we're experiencing an issue with our automatic delivery and we expect it fixed in the next day or so.

Meanwhile, you can try going to register an account at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal, if you've not already done so, with the same e-mail you used during checkout with the same e-mail you used during checkout. Once you've logged in, check to see if your key is listed.
