Hey,

since you guys changed the log in things on the Bot I cant log in. He wants a fucking key from me which I never had. He says they send it me via email but they didn't, I already send a support Mail and all they said was "lololo so request a new one". Stupid cunts, really. How can I fucking request this Dogshitting key? I havent used my bot for almost 6 Months now, first they fucking log in server were crashing the whole time now I have to deal with dogshit changes. dogshitdogshitdogshit.

Did you use the same email address that you used to purchase the Buddy product?

Only the BosslandGmbh front office--not forum administrators--can help you with key problems. If you are unable to get that working for you, your only recourse is to follow the remaining instructions Bambam922 gave you...

I did plenty times, no fucking response those guys are kidding me.
 
Calm down man, I just checked and Buddyauthportal works just fine. Having that attitude doesnt really help either.
 
make sure when you send your e-mail, if you have a transaction id or if you registered with a different e-mail address you include it and let us know so we have enough information to pull up your account and send you your key manually. make sure to check your spam folders as sometimes our e-mails can end up there on certain providers.

Responses can take up to 96 hours.

Also note that normal mods dont have email and key access.
