Have a problem when I run my monk TR

I run with Ultimate SkyHigh Raoha v2 profile everything is ok, but my monk sometime use Serenity skill.

I want to adjust the Serenity skill value. How I adjust Serenity skill?

Ex. I want use Serenity skill when HP below 60% or Elite, standing on AOE
