and the first one get me +2400 dps
the second -500 dps

a lightning monk might buy it, but then again who knows

Do you even know breakpoint system? What's the difference between a CM wiz 2.71 aps and 2.74aps? 3.01 to 3.05?

Perf CD is perf CD. Considering CD on witching hour can roll 35-50, and ias only 8-9, perf CD is more rare.

this is why alot of players are clueless and trashy


sooooooooo you would rather have 500k dps with 1.78 aps instead of 300k dps with 2.23 aps

higher aps = faster leaching , faster criting , faster survivability


the more attack speed you have the more chance youll have to crit


But feel free to do more "DAMAGE" on a screen and not understand how this games mechanics work.


why do you think critical mass wizards dont care about CHD? because permafreeze just APS

same with other builds, you need to balance stuff out, and that 1% difference on your belt is 2-3% inside your chars real stats

B. If you posted a godly item (selling under priced for $250) someone smart here ISN'T going to tell you but instead they will quickly go to the auction house themselves and buy it.
