[hardware help] computer lagging with 8 bots

I'm having some terrible computer lag trying to run 8 bots, i have no problems with 6 and the problems starts with 7, its as if the computer ran out of ram or cpu (laggy mouse pointer, unresponsive system, low fps on bots), here are my specs and loads with 8 bots

fx 8150 4ghz - 70% load
hd 6950 2gb - 50% load 900vram
2x 8gb corsair - 60% ram usage
128gb corsair force 3 ssd - 40gb free

i did the standard adjustments on d3pref, mpbias, hardware class. fps at 25f/25b. etc
using isboxer and yar
 
you have a real similar setup to me, i was running 5 max on 40% ram.

get 16gb minimum ram, im getting 32 soon
get a cpu cooler
put all d3/db on your ssd

d3prefs:
bitdepth: 16bit
vysnc: 0
hardwareclass 1
mipbias. 9.999999

thats the lowest graphics settings but your not playing so who cares about gfx, itll make it hella easier on your pc this way.

Try with the D3Prefs posted in the thread in my signature, it MIGHT help you.
 
so i turned off vsync and increased mpbias, bitdepth and hwclass were already set, it got a little better but still terrible, i'll try reinstalling d3, updating drivers and bios and run it without yar and isboxer.

Is there another way to run multiple d3 from the same folder without isboxer?
 
lower you fps to 20/15, will help alot.. and reduce all your db's tps to 8 or 9


you can run multiple d3 from same folder with apoc d3 starter
 
If u have more than 52-54 running processes (with 8x D3 and 8x DB), your window-setup is completely wrong. Check the other threads+guides here + google. Its easy. Your system can easy handle 10+ bots.
 
did a clean install on everything and set fps to 15/15 and tps to 8, computer is fine with 8 bots now and they are all running well, cpu is up to 85% with isboxer and 100% with apoc, i suppose its ok for now.
