Hardcore death - log

Hello everyone! My most recent hardcore death came in a Torment level that my character could easily live for a minute or so if no actions were taken. I'm not sure what happened, but DB said it was trying to interact with an object of some kind prior to the death. I've attached my log to help tease out why the bot stopped fighting and would appreciate any help!

Not really, it just shows it was fighting: creepMob_A, Beast_A, x1_SkeletonArcher_Westmarch_A, MalletDemon_A, DuneDervish_C. Then it used a potion and died.

But my character did not perform any actions and this fighting spanned over the course of a minute when most mobs at this torment level were getting 1 shot.

Are those dirty little bastards that have the reflect projectiles. Some of the crusader skills are considered ranged even though you wouldn't think so. When these projectiles are reflected they hit you for 100% of the damage you would have done, there is no mitigation. So if you just did 100billion damage to this mob, and it reflected it to you. You just did 100billion damage to yourself, AKA oneshot. Its rare to happen but has been something that has been brought up before with blizzard.

They haven't changed it but something of a similar sort would be in diablo 2 in the chaos sanctuary the knights could cast iron maiden causing melee chars to 1shot themselves. They eventually gave in and removed that, though that was Blizzard North and not the current Blizzard Activision.
