read the title!
i had a lag issue with HB and a dev told me to change the wow priority to higher than normal with task manager. with that done, wow just kinda hangs for about 5 seconds for every 5 seconds of game play UNLESS im tabbed out. now this was with both HB and wow running as "above normal" with just wow running above normal my HB wouldnt do ANYTHING til i tabbed out then it would start going about its normal routine. i have only had this problem with CC's and its a very recent issue with singular and taunHA monk.
not sure whats going on but any insight on the problem would be great.
BTW, im pretty sure this is a PC problem not an HB problem as im not seeing anything in my log files.
FIXED: toggled foreground and background FPS to both be at 30.
