i tried with ie, not working lol

I tried using chrome to download profiles and it just didn't work, it always .php tag. I switched back to Firefox and they download just fine with a .xml tag instead. As Ski stated go to auth.gatherbuddy.com and upload the file from where ever you have saved it to.
