Had lethal and watched bot not kill opponent - lost game

As the title says, I had a Fiery War Axe equipped, the opponent had 3 health, and the bot failed to attack and end game. Next turn opponent played Rag and took me from 30 to 0 hp

What happened!? Logs attached.
