Please update the profile to use its primary name 'MobId', instead. "

This is not a problem--its merely a 'warning', so nothing to worry about. Problem messages have the word "error" or "fatal" in them.

Warnings such as these should be heeded if you're writing a new profile. However, for existing profiles, the writer may or may not choose to make them 'go away'.

If you want help, *attach* your full log--not a snippet of where you think the problem lies. If you don't, you are just wasting your own time to receive help, and you are annoying the Community with the dialog exchange that has to occur to get your to attach your log.

cheers,

look's like a very good profile will be testing this tonight +rep

I apologize for not having attached a log file, my knowledge is extremly limited and if someone wants to link a guide then it would be great!

Im having the same problem as someone else mentioned, i went to bed when my character was lvl 29 and woke up 10 hours later at lvl 30, stuck at a vendor where it tried to sell a quest and it kept getting spammed with "the merchant does not want that item" this was not the first time it happened and there was no error in HB.

It was the kind of quest that drops off a mob and since there is a few of them this was not the first time it happened, i simply deleted the quest by hand from my bags and started the bot again and it went on just fine.

Maybe its not the profiles fault it may be HBs fault i dont know but if anyone knows a solution i would be most thankful.

Amazing Profile!

a bug

the bot get a bug in this quest he try yo give him a finished quest but the quest is not finish

Uploaded with ImageShack.us
But thank a lot, very nice quest profile

Hi,

Every time I lvl up, it somes up with

"SCHEDULED RUN FOR TRAIN"
[ForceSetVendor(warning)]: The 'QuestId' attribute's value may not be zero. For now, we allow it for purposes of backward compatibility; however, it will be ignored. In a future release, a QuestId of zero will be explicitly disallowed.

and it just stands there till it logs off, is super annoying

regards
Brebs

Once again, the message you post is a "warning", which is *not* a problem.

If you want help, you'll have to *attach* a log, as your problem could be any of hundreds of things.

(omitted picture showing "A Growing Problem" as 'not complete')

Hi, Goldiman,

I think the profile has a small bug with respect to this quest.

You actually have to step to the overlook behind the turn-in NPC to get credit for completing the quest. The profile fails to do this, so its not 'done'. If you look at the profile's QuestOrder, its a PickUp followed immediately by a TurnIn, with no arrangements to step through the 'overlook area'.

I think you need to help it through this one manually, and maybe Benkoren can give this a look eventually.

Honor Stand is such a pain, i die over and over to a really high level guy outside by a tent over.

I am using this profile on a level 48 rogue. it started up fine and ran from tanaris to felwood and then just started grinding. hasnt picked up one quest yet. i read thru these posts and saw something about custom behaviors folder in HB, but I dont have a custom behavior folder. I have run some other profiles but have not loaded any custom behaviors that im aware of. do you have to start this profile somewhere for each group of levels or how does it work when you're kind of right in the middle of a level. i have hb on questing and turned on and off everything listed in the first post. i know its something dumb on my end. any advice?

I assume you just like complaining, because there is not enough information here for Benkoren to even begin addressing the problem.

Hi, HB3913R96,

Custom Behaviors are what developers call Quest Behaviors. The behaviors can be used for more things than 'quests'; however, this is currently not the case. For now, just assume CustomBehaviors is always a Quest Behavior.

You should find a folder in your Honorbuddy install directory called "Quest Behaviors". It should contain a couple of dozen .cs files, and a few subdirectories with more .cs files in them. If you see this, you're good.

As to your problem, it sure sounds like you've loaded the Questing profile, but are using the GrindingBot instead of the QuestingBot. Check and see. If not, please post your full log as an *attachment* (not cut-n-paste) for us to help you locate the problem.

cheers,
chinajade

Im using the questing bot, but you are correct i have loaded kicks questing behaviors. i put kicks qb's in the folder but it did not overwrite hb files. how do i get the hb questing behaviors back to square one or delete kicks when i am done with them? In other words how do i know which qb's are from kicks and which are original honor buddy. btw, when i added kicks qb's to the questing behaviors folder, it did not overwrite any files, so does hb automatically use its own qb's or other ones that you have loaded? thanks

ok so started at level 10 and had 2 bugs. One was already posted where he needed to stand in a spot for the quest to finish but when straight to turn in and other was the quest "Dawn Runner" in dustwallowmarsh but i think this might of been a wow problem i need to talk to ithana or w.e her name was to free her and the bot talks to her but does not select the talk option to free her just right clicks her then goes for a turn in. But when i manually did it i clicked it to set her free and didnt work at first but who knows :\. All i know is since i dinged level 10 ive manually completed 1 quest. ANd my toons 37 already lol

after finishing the quests and grinding in southern barrerns (level 35) my bot got stuck. it just stood there and at the bottom it said "activity: loading tile/s" and remained that way with no movement for about 30 mins, then i manually ran the character to the next spot (dustwallow marsh/bracken wall village). picked up the quests it asks for but its still does the same thing. my navigator log keeps spamming things like this:

"Loading Kalimdor_37_37

It might just be grinding to 49. There are some levels without any questing and it's just grinding. If it says "Grind to 49", it's just grinding because it doesn't have any quests to do right then. Once it hits 49, it should go to Winterspring and quest there.

This isn't a profile problem.

From the bit you showed us, it looks like one or more of your mesh files is corrupted. With a full log, we couldda told you if there were other things going on, but oh well.

The only recommendation is to delete your mesh directory and let Honorbuddy redownload them.

My bot is In lv quest 30 (Nura Pathfinder - Quest - World of Warcraft)
and I also checked Use Flight Paths
in that case it moved to thunderbluff and it seems try to go nura-pathfinder
but there is a cliff :( so it just moved to edge of cliff and do nothing.
after jumped into the cliff and died(i ordered), It works fine :)

Im at crossroads, and on the quest "Picking up Growing Problem" it just talks to the guy over and over again but nothing happens. The guy actually doesnt have a quest by that name.

EDIT: just looked back a couple of pages and saw what someone else said about this. I will try what he suggested.
