[H - Grind] Isle of Quel'Danas - Adamantite Ore Farming

I saw a few people asking for this before and I needed to farm some Adamantite tonight so I decided to throw together a quick and dirty profile. This is a ground mount 'grinding' profile, since flying mounts (GB2) are not allowed in Quel'Danas. It was only tested on a level 82 Horde character. However, AFAIK, it should work for Alliance as well. It also runs by a lot of Mana Thistle, so it can likely be used for Herbing too.

Code: 
Test run, aprox. 30-40 minutes;

Adamantite Ore - 105
Eternium Ore - 12
Mote of Earth - 60
Living Ruby - 2
Blood Garnet - 1
Netherweave Cloth - 8 (from agro kills)


How to set it up:

  • Fly to Quel'Danas
  • Open HB and select Grind Bot
  • Click on Bot Config and check Ground Mount Farming Mode
  • Click on Settings & Tools and change the following;
    • Mount distance: 20 (because there are tons of mobs around)
    • Check the box for Harvest Minerals (duh!)
    • Loot Radius: 40 (this should help with some backtracking)
  • Click Save & Close
  • Start the bot

Warning;
  • It will pull a lot of agro. I suggest being level 70+ and decently geared in case you pull the whole island.

To do;
  • Clean up some hotspots which pull a lot of agro
  • Add vendors and mailboxes for Alliance

why my Deathknight , they he attack mob he always be wronge way so i have to turn him to face mob ? maybe its from my cc ? whats ur cc ?

Definatly your CC mate - try using CLU, its one of the better ones around atm :)
 
im sorry would u mind to give me full name or cc " CLU " ? coz i just did search on forum but didnt find it
 
mine just sits there and cast golden gryphon over and over


changed mounts to another one and now he just sits there and if i leave flying blank he just cast golden gryphon over and over

Why can't we get a working Quel Danas profile?

How is it possible to get this to work? I have loaded a ground mount in settings, using grind bot set to "ground mount farming." I have turned off native flying, etc. However the bot keeps trying to mount a flying mount and I get the message "you can't use that here." For example, bot is trying to mount the Albino Drake (guessing it's the first one alphabetically available to the bot in my mount list). I haven't found any profiles that work in quel danas, what is the problem with getting a working profile for this area?
 
Sorry folks, I took a long break from WoW until recently. I am leveling a JC toon and I needed to farm Adamantite again so I've updated the profile to work with the new version of HB.

Those of you having issues with flying mounts, please make sure you are using Grind Bot as your botbase. Not Gatherbuddy 2.
