[H - Grind] Uldum 82-85 Long Profile Farm xp and safety

I want to know if there is any way someone could make a path ( with most kills and xp in mind ) to attach these two general paths together? If someone could make this work they would be amazing.

Let me know if this is possible. I would make it myself but I know nothing about making paths.
