Here is a quickly made profile for grinding 80-82ish in Hyjal.
Start Location: Anywhere in "The Flamewake" (you can just fly up to Hyjal from Orgrimmar, no prequests are needed for this)
Repair and Mail: Uses the neutral repair/mail at Grove of Aessina
Notes: Right now, Hyjal is not only a gank-fest, but there are tons of people killing mobs etc. It will be this way for some time. The respawn timers have been lowered for the launch, but you still probably shouldn't expect too much XP/hr just grinding. I recommend using Mixed mode to max your XP/hr.
Also, at level 82, you're going to need to move on probably, I'm making an Uldum profile soon to get you through the next level or two...then onto Twilight Highlands.
As always, feedback is a good thing...but be informative please.
