Gym's not working? Or is this the ban people haven't noticed

I made a comment earlier today about my game freezing on NOX the two times I clicked on a gym in central park. To be fair I also don't see anyone fighting them. But, now after several tries the gyms still freeze my game. Including a weird pink glow around them when I click on them. So for those who are botting and also use NOX etc, see if you can fight a gym. I am wondering for those who thought they weren't banned like me, we're just banned from using gyms.

You know, this was happening to me too in Central Park, at all the gyms, and I noticed something the few times it loaded, an egg was a defender in the gym, a 0 CP egg. So I done a little google search and came up with this, let me know what ya think. Did you try moving to a location other than the spot it's happening? I haven't yet

Was going to have the thread deleted. I noticed the egg too. It scared the daylights out of me, as a gym ban would destroy us all. It's actually a good idea. But, anyway those gyms just seemed to either be glitched on purpose or broken. Perhaps maybe people who were banned and held gyms has caused issues. There is a gym that was Mystic, that was in the distance behind the Instinct gym with the egg. That one you can see people fighting and you can click on it. It just seems any gym near central park is bugged out. I reported it to Niantic, saying at least 3 gyms in central park were broken.
