Guild promotion

I was wondering if anyone knows of an addon or plugin that will allow me to promote all people in my raid to a certain guild rank and then demote them after raid or when i push a button to do it. Any thoughts or ideas would be nice. Thanks in advance.

Why don't you change the raiders current rank so it has the same powers as raider rank? or if they have low rank and so has non raiders, why dont you manually promote the raiders now, and after raid you simply change their current rank powers and change name?

well see what i want it i want them to be able to use unlimited guild repair while in raid if we wipe and what not. But then after raid is over i want them to be back at their normal cap. i have a tendancy to forget to demote them back. that make sense?
