Guild Bank runs

Ok guys this is driving me nuts, when cata came out i used a whole bunch of bots to do various things then i came and got lifetime for the arch buddy (thank you 525).

But now where do i need to set the hearth to and which flightpaths do i need for the following zones:

Deepholm
Twilight
Vashjir
Hyjal

Ive tried using different searches but i cant find the answer, thanks for your help.

To use GB on Kalimdor, please set your hearthstone to Everlook or Gadgetzan for guild vault runs.
To use GB on Eastern Kingdoms, please set your hearthstone to Booty Bay.
Deepholm just works with repair and mail. No guild vault available.

Thanks pain that does help a little but there are specific flight paths required aswell.
