[GUIDE] U6/BP Monk EXP Farm (40/50 Billion XP/h)

You don't benefit as much from CDR with the static build, all there is, is more uptime on Breath of Heaven and Epiphany.
Where Uliana benefit from seven sided strike spam.

But for the CoE build, would you still use Ess over Hellfire?
Thing is i got 8 Ancient pieces for my static build and 2-3 for uliana, and wondered if it was wroth switching for GR50 farm?
I'm 755 paragon atm.
Regarding the follower, i like the Azurewrath with rerolled lightning dam + wyrdward combo. It's not a perma stun on low HP, but with both the freeze from shield, weapon and stun from lightning i found it to be a better stunner in general.

Where can I see these in the bot menu? Is it after I pressed stop or what? I can only see the "xp/hour thingy and it only says 16b/hour :/

After you finish the rift it should appear in yellow text in the bottom of DB

Like akuma said, dont go BP only for this, i went BP because its easier to get gear for it...

I think the group up proc from Ess has alot of value, but thats just my humble opinion...
I prefer my setup, because, there are some elites that may take a bit longer to kill, and this way, under 20% they dont spam affixes anymore, as a side effect you have more "survivability"...

That's true, sometimes i forget i'm too comfy with my unity cubed, because with that and Esoteric no affix will be a problem at GR50. (I'm playing the static build atm)

do you guys got exp pools all the time when doing these runs to get such high exp/h ? i got the same timer as OP (10 to 9min left at the end of the rift in the worst case), leoric crown + ruby + (leoric ring + hellfire ring) on follower and got this 37b/h after 12 hours.
If yes, how do you keep pool up with bot ? profile swap for enchantress or some kind of exp pool profile ?

Some of the 60b exp/h you see is taken from single runs, so it's not relieable over time data.
As the main guide says expect 40-50b, since it's all up to luck with the rifts.

Also remember follower items only gives 1/5th of the increased exp %

I know these are unique runs and i am not talking about these obviously (sometimes you got insane density...) but about people who claim to have 50b/h in the long run. I am only getting 37b/h after 12 hours, shouldn't be that far with almost perfect gear and same settings.

I just looked the thread thru, and i might have missed it but i couldn't find anyone claiming 50b/h in the long run except from the title of this thread.
And you're right that Grifts varies, but as you've done 12 hours i do agree with you it should be slighty higher.
I got nothing to help you, sorry. No idea, beside bad luck with rifts in those 12 hours.

I get about 30b/h with almost full ancients with medicore stats, and no exp rings on follower with static build.
 
ekolan have you tried Uliana build too?wich do you prefer?

I go well with both Uliana and Static,but sometime i die in Grift 50 and i lose the bonus of fountains :\

I have 710 paragon,i think it is for new trinity,the bot sometimes die now :(

I've been gathering uliana gear to try it out, i think it might be slightly better over long time.
And the monk stuck which causes death is going to be fixed in the next couple of days
Though my temporary fix was using unity instead of CoE in cube, since unity + esoteric leg gem makes you almost unkillable in GR50
 
its possible cratf lion's claw?

i waste around 70k mats(all i had) and i didnt get one ;/ while now i have all other ancient fists good rolled ;/

No there's only rare upgrades, gambling or drop
 
o yes i did hundreds of rare upgrade ... not craft ;)
so im just very very very very .... really very unlucky ;/
i set my speed wd on mats farm, tomorrow i will try again ... i hope i will get one of that stupid lion's claw, i want try this build

Might as well set the gamble option for 1h's if a lion' claw is all you need. It's a pretty low chance, but it's a chance nonetheless
