I've tried this 4man party and was barely doing a 70 :(

My paragon is around 1100, but I think my gear is quite good. I've tried different trinity settings but there's no improvement. Now doing 70 with 2 et wizards and barb/monk globe support.

Maybe my paragon is low?
 
Thanks for the guide. I was wondering if you can link the build that you are using for your DH? I see a lot of different variations on dfans. Thanks.

Have you tried DH instead of Doctor? DHs are really good at generating Globes as well, with Elemental Arrows.

Have you ever felt frustrated that you Wiz is casting Twisters at the wrong directions?
Would it be great if your Wiz is casting Twister twice as fast and twice as many?
What happens if Twisters from 2 different Wizs Collide?

I've always wonder those questions, and that is why I am suggesting you guys to go and try them. If you are like me, I feel that ET Wizards have always been extremely hard to bot and that is one of the reason I've tried to avoid it. They are very inconsistent, especially on XP/HR.

I am now running 2 ET Wizs, Barb, and Monk. One major improvement I am seeing is the consistency of XP/HR regardless of Maps/Mobs type. The run always seems to go very well, even from the beginner of the run. It is also laughable and truly enjoyable to watch as the whole room or hallways filled with Tornados. There is absolutely no where to run or hide with any mobs, especially those hateful teleporter Elites. I understand that you might lose some damage boost from doctor or dh. But that damage boost doesn't matter if your Twister is not hitting the right Target. I do religiously believe this it is a very good and viable choice. I am by no means of using this setup for Pushing GRs. I do think this is probably the best choice for Speed Runs, by means of doing 3 levels under your Push GRs. I highly encourage you to try it for your self.

[Benifits]

1 Globe feeds 2 Wizs.
Both Wizs can run 2 different Bubbles.
Faster Rift Guardian finishes.
First Wiz triggering Frost Nova benefits the 2nd Wiz nearby, better survivability.
Has a much higher passing rate with current GRs you are Speed Farming.
Multi Directional Twister, since 2 Wizs can face different directions.

As for my 3 men team im going to run 1 ET + 1 Arcane + Monk this weekend to see how well they are doing.
 
So you think DH works better than WD? Still seeing all the top groups running WD

I use builds from the leader board. I do sometimes change a spell or gears here or there. Leader board will get you close enough. Don't sweat it on build too much.

what has been the most successful comp for you so far, as far as xp/hr is concerned? and what xp/hr was that?
 
i tried to use engery twister instead of arcane orb, butunfortunately he wont cast any twisters.
I tried a fresh install with all your configs but it dont work :(
Can you help me ? I dont know what to do
 
Damn it seems like i need another d3 license lol. 3 men team wont do it for me. DMO AO is too slow and ET wont have enough globe for 3 men team.

Can you try to set combat settings that kills every thing first, then slowly back out of it like ignore Elites, and such. Try to set default on combat/misc page on all follower first.
