Guide on making GB Profiles?

as title says.. see none at 'guide' section which is quite odd

its very simple thats why there isnt a guide
set your recording at 2800-3000
press Recording and lead your char
when done press stop recording

Where will the profile be saved? the XMl i loaded? and if so where can i download it since its been uploaded to auth
