Hello, guys. I am unable to find tread like this. There are quite a lot treads about banned people, but not at all good practices.
Could you share your experience about not get banned?

Stay away from bots....

no srsly - there is no guide for not getting banned. You can only reduce the chance getting banned.

Don't bot 24/7, use profile shedules etc.

yes, i mean is there example behavior to stick to, for example
run 2 hours, rest 1 hour, run 2 hours, rest 1 hour, run not more than 8 hours, not to stay more than 30 mins in AH

Can you please tell me what program or whatever lets you schedule profiles?

if there was example behavior this would only lead blizzard to check for the example behavior :(

Asking for a 'example behaviour to stick to' in a thread about avoiding a ban isn't the most productive thing.

The only advice everyone will give you is: Don't bot 24/7 and make your botting sprees as random as you can.
Sadly, there are no 'secrets' to not getting banned.

The great secrets to not getting banned while botting? Theres some common sense involved here.

- Don't bot 24/7 if you wish to "fly under the radar".
- Use DBRelogger, set idle timers, set them random. 2 hours on, 1 hour off is not good. 1.8-2.4 hours played, then rest for .5-1.5 hours = good. Have them change, not being consistent is key to not being caught
- Change your profiles / routines. Don't farm the same thing over and over again. it's obvious, especially when it's something mundane (Sarkoth is the only thing you have 100+ hours on? Pretty obvious).

End of the day, your botting. If you are botting casually, don't get caught, don't be stupid and switch it up. If you are serious about botting, you don't care about being banned. you bot hard, make your money and when your banned, you restart the cycle.

How often do you guys recommend to change profiles?

It would be better to incorporate profile swapping\within the reloger but it seems complicated since like the sarkoth profiles need the checkpoints to work. Changing profiles will change the checkpoint.

Also, it would be best if the db team can already identify ways to increase our survivability against the ban hammer, i mean give us an official guide/tip to do it rather than have us figure everything out, im sure there is some sort of pattern from the ban reports they already have now.
