I didn't come up with this guide, but I have tried it and it seems to be working as it should.
I don't take any responsibility nor credits for this guide.

Alright well, this is for the people who don't have a cell phone, and don't feel like purchasing an Authenticator for their battle.net account, to sell on RMAH.

Pretty straight forward forward steps, so you shouldn't have a problem with it at all.

Step 1: Go to this link and download YouWave. YouWave, Android on Windows PC (it is an android emulator, which lets you download apps for phones and play them, etc) (You can also visit your sites of pirates and download a non trial version) Note - This is only a 30 day trial, so I suggest doing whats said in the quotes.

Step 2: Install said program and let it install.

Step 3: Once you've finished installing (and for some of you, *****ing) boot up Youwave, and on the left side you should see "Google play" or whatever it says, double click it, it will install to the phone giving you the android market.

Step 4: Open the market, search for "battle.net" and download and install the authenticator app

Step 5: follow instructions on battle.net on how to activate your authenticator.

Step 6: Enjoy your money from the RMAH.

Guide found on HF, posted by Roxus?

+rep and like if you like it :)

It is much easier to download WinBMA, FooBMA or any other authenticator emulator on PC.

Considered you need an actual phone to transfer your money to paypal, what exacly is the point in doing this? You are just going to end up with alot of money on your battlenet balance you can use to buy a overpriced digital copy of diablo :s

Yea blizz fucking sucks for not allowing Prepaid cause people who are smart dont get locked into outrageously priced 2year agreements.
Just ended mine with Sprint and never going back.
Iono what to do I really want to use RMAH but I have no way of doing the sms verification.

you could do this (steps above) , and always launder the money you do make to a freind that has paypal setup

overpriced cell service??? i have a smart phone with 700 minutes and unlimited data and i pay 30 bucks a month. i also get free nights and weekends and free verizon to verizon. Cheaper then home service with longdistance.

im with a company called Ting, its on the sprint network, but its much better pricing wise, i only paid $16 for my bill last month, and i have a smart phone. the only real downside is you need to buy the hardware from them, but once you do its cheap as hell. its basicly pay as you go,but if you use more minutes or texts or whatever they bump you up, to the next tier and bill you later. the first two tiers cost like $3 and $5 and i never go past that.

The thing is, you need a Battle.net SMS protect authenticator to use the RMAH to transfer the fund to paypal. It requires a phone number, it won't let you use pre-paid phone number of voice over ip number. Do you know if the phone number provided by Ting can be registered with Blizzard.

You can use a prepaid phone number, im using it on several of my accounts .

I would really like to know a prepaid service provider that works in the US. Anyone know one?

(im in EU, but if I want to make a fake Paypal for the US RMAH)

THanks

I don't remeber what you need the phone number for but can you use google voice?

I just signed up for a free number and it forwards calls and texts to your phone.

Just an FYI..... Verizon, T-mobile and ATT prepaid phones will work for the SMS protect. Virgin Mobile will not work.

if ne1 is in canada wondering what to do you can just goto 711 and pick up a sim card for 10 bucks (Prepaid Cell Phones | No Contract Phones | SpeakOut? 7-Eleven? Canada). getting incoming text is free and the number wont expire for 1 year even if u have 0 dollars in the account so just need a compatible or unlocked phone. The sms protection seemed to only come up for like the first 2 days of auctioning stuff on the rmah for me and they've never asked me for the codes since.

On another note does ne1 know if you can spend/gift blizz bucks to a seperate bnet account (since im guessing thats the only way u could buy a copy of d3 with the funds from rmah)?
