Ok, this is as basic as it can get for resizing D3 windows to whatever size you choose to do so. From start to finish it took me less than 10 minutes.
1. Go HERE to download the HotkeyNet program.
2. READ THE FIRST 3 PAGES OF INSTRUCTIONS. This is literally ALL you need to know to do this.
3. Create a text file(I will attach mine) and type in:
Don't forget to save this in an easily remembered spot. I use my desktop as default.
***Note***
You can change the "Hotkey" to whatever you choose. I just left it at F1 for convenience. ALSO change TargetWin to whatever the name of your D3 window is if somehow you have changed it. And lastly, put in whatever screen resolution you wan to run D3 at in the SetWinSize. I have mine set to 336X218, this is the smallest WoW will run for me, and it makes it very very small.
4. Launch hotkeynet.exe from wherever you downloaded it to(again, I just use my desktop)
5. Load the D3 resize.txt script I have attached(or your own if you chose to do so) from hotkeynet.exe
6. Launch D3 and put it in Windowed Fullscreen.
7. Press whatever Hotkey you have assigned to the D3 resize.txt and profit!!!!
