[Guide]How To Make Your Private Gatherbuddy Profiles! (With pictures)

Awesome guide man i really enjoyed doing this myself, thanks! with regards to using the ingame mapping aswel you could just do as i did and not follow the route it makes for u 100% i broke off at differnt points and skipped some less desireable parts too. As he says jst play around a little to make it personal.
 
So I have created this profile but.. I have added a mailbox and I have this question, do I have to have the recorder going when I add a mailbox? Cause it ain't mailing at full bag.. I love this guide, I really appreciate it and my first profile was kinda succed 240-260 nodes / hour on my first profile ! I love it!

I only have one issue. First, i made Valley of 4 winds profile, and it was ok. Then, i made Kun Lai profile, which is now my preffered farming profile (mining only, for both zones). Issue is, after my HB is done with kunlai (does whole round), he proceeds to go to Valley of 4winds and does that round too lol. I even deleted 4winds profile, and its still going there after each round in Kunlai. Can this be fixed, or should i just reinstal whole package and make only Kunlai profile?
 
When i was gonna record the ''route" says error e.e everywere i go it spamm error
 
Great guide, very easy to follow! Made my first profile in less than 30 minutes. Getting an amazing amount of nodes p/h.
 
Why is the bot not moving, im moving the it manual and it gather, but not auto-move ;\ is it normal?

still issues with the elite for the farming here, can some 1 add blackspot for the area?
 
in jade forest it only shows me three nodes. how can i fix it? sit with gathermate on in my selected zone?

You need to click "Cluster" first.

Granted, it is not expressed implicitly [in the guide] that you actually need press the "Cluster" button to cluster the nodes; doing so is necessary else you will run into the max nodes problem as you have reported. You can then continue as per the guide instructs optimising the route via the 'Foreground' or 'Background' buttons. For context, here's the quote from the original guide and how it should read:

Next step is to cluster the area we want to make a profile in. To do that, we go back into /routes and click the "+" to the right of "Routes" and you will find your route there. As in the picture shows, I am in Krasrang Wilds and I named my route to Karsang. Click your route and click "Optimize Route" tab. Keep the Cluster Radius around 85-95. Then click "Cluster". Then click "Foreground" or "Background", depends on your computer.

You can follow this guide, it works as well as it did when released! Personally I am not a user of RoutesBuddy, however, but the GatherMate method explained is very correctly (with the caveat above!) and highly recommended! Personallyyyy... I do not use 'Start Recording' and simply fly the route manually as I see it, stopping to add single hotspots (and blackspots!) one at a time via ZapRecorder2. For reference:

A quick profile that I ran today.

Thanks again Ch1p for the excellent visual guide, it's been great for me since I first saw it and I never got to say so! So kudos and +Rep!
 
Make a few tester profiles, however, when trying to use routesbuddy to export the profile, I get the following error message when clicking import.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any ideas?
